We are transitioning to a new online membership system platform, WellnessLiving. We expect this new system to be more effective for scheduling and communications than our previous one, Zen Planner.
You can access your account using the following link: WellnessLiving sign-in. We imported data on our current customers and set up accounts using the email addresses we have on file. If you would like to associate a different email address with your account, just let us know.
We are no longer actively updating billing status in Zen Planner. Please make all payments through WellnessLiving.
If you would like to set up automatic payment, please enter your credit card information into WellnessLiving (see Credit cards below).

As we grow more familiar with WellnessLiving and its behavior, we will update this section with tips for how to set up your account correctly. If you discover any odd behavior, please let us know and we’ll look into it for you!
Sharing email addresses and phone numbers
WellnessLiving identifies clients by their name and email address. You can set up separate email addresses for children. If you would like your children to use your email address, you can switch to their profile and edit their profile details, and look for checkboxes that say “Use Parent Name’s email” and “Use Parent Name’s phone”. If you check those boxes, then the child will be using your email and/or phone number for communication.
If you don’t see those checkboxes, it’s possible that either your family relationship didn’t get imported correctly, or it may be set up so that you’re inheriting the child’s email address instead of the other way around. If you have trouble setting it up, we can help from our side.
Credit cards
For security reasons, we did not attempt to import any credit card numbers into the new system. You can enter a credit card number by going to My Profile, then Billing. Note that the system will not allow you to remove your default credit card number once entered, but our staff can do it for you.
The same page in WellnessLiving also allows entering bank account information for ACH (Automatic Clearing House) transactions if you prefer that method of payment. You can also view your current account balance and make a payment from the same page.
