We have finalized our class schedule for Fall 2026. Many of our offerings are the same as last season, but there have been a few important changes.

• For more training time as kids rise through the class levels, the Intermediate Kids Foil class is now 1 hour 15 minutes long, and Advanced classes are 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Elite Foil classes remain 2 hours long, 4 days a week.
• One Elite class session each week – Tuesdays for older fencers, Wednesdays for youth fencers – will be a group training session run by a professional athletic trainer whom we will be hiring soon. Foil and epee fencers are eligible for these sessions.
• To make room for some other class changes, our lower-level Junior class schedule is being reduced somewhat. Beginning and Continuing Junior classes will be 1 day per week. The Intermediate and Advanced levels of junior classes will be combined into a single group, 90 minutes twice a week.
• Friday open fencing at 5:30 is coach-facilitated, for kids and juniors to become more comfortable with open practice sessions.
• New for 2026: Little Knights class for ages 5-6! Young kids can learn the basics of fencing with movement exercises and games. This class is once a week for 45 minutes.
• Also new for 2026: Saturday open fencing for competitive fencers, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM except for large tournament weekends.

Note: Because the Labor Day holiday is very late this year (September 7th), in order to give everyone a full September of fencing, the September session will start on Monday, August 31st. For technical reasons, your membership may still indicate a start date of September 1st, but there will be classes on the 31st.

At present, prices for the various levels of foil classes remains the same as last season. We have special discount pricing for epee classes this fall. We will re-evaluate these prices in January, but we do not expect any significant increases. Lesson prices also remain unchanged.

Registration for September classes is now open through our online membership system, WellnessLiving. If you have questions about which class level to take, ask your coach. Coaches will be sending out emails shortly to set their lessons schedules.
