Our beginning classes are often full with waiting lists. We have enrollment policies designed to allow current students to continue while admitting as many new beginners as possible. We accept beginning students at the start of every other month -- September, November, January, March, and May. For continuing students, we require positive confirmation (in person, by telephone call or message, or online registration) no later than the fourth week of each class session that a student will continue to the next class session. Students who do not register to continue in the class risk losing their space. We need this notification by the last week of the session so that we can inform people on the waiting list about possible openings in the class. We request that payment for the next class session be made in the last week of the current session. If you wish to drop out of a class for a time and re-enroll later, please let us know in advance in which session you want to resume, so we can reserve a space for you. If you have not attended classes in a while and wish to return, please contact us before you show up to make sure there is room in the class you want. |
