These policies apply to all RCFC customers.

Class Fees

Class fees are owed for any student enrolled in a class. Class fees received after the 10th of the month will incur a $10 late fee. Students with past due balances will not be allowed to participate in class. We do not pro-rate class fees for missed classes. It may be possible to attend another class session if you miss a class. Ask your instructor for more information.

Annual Packages

For Level 4 and Level 5 students, we offer a payment package that includes class fees and 30 private lessons for the season (approximately one lesson per week). Pay in full by September 15 and save 10%, or pay three installments and save 5%:

• One payment option: $1600 is due Sept 15.
• Three payment option: $600 is due Sept 15, $550 is due Jan 15, and $550 is due Apr 15.

Please note: Lessons that are part of a package will expire if they are not taken during the 2011-2012 season (by the end of June 2012). Additional lessons may be taken at the regular price and do not expire.

Membership Fees

Fencers not enrolled in a class who wish to participate in open fencing and footwork sessions must pay a monthly membership fee. Membership fees received after the 10th of the month will incur a $10 late fee. If you join Rain City Fencing Center in the last week of a month, you may pay one month's membership fee to fence through the end of the next full month. We do not pro-rate membership fees. Fencers with past due balances will not be allowed to participate in footwork sessions or open fencing.

Lessons

Lessons must be paid in advance unless automatic billing has been set up.

Equipment and Team Warm-ups

Electric equipment (club gear) may be rented for open fencing or for tournaments. Payment must be received before borrowing the gear. If you order team warm-ups you will be able to pay Jammin' Apparel directly when you place the order.

Payment Methods

Rain City Fencing Center accepts cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, and debit cards. Recurring charges (classes, membership dues, lessons, and other charges) can be billed automatically to a credit card. Ask at the front desk for details.

There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.

Any charges past due 30 days or more will be assessed a 1.5% late fee per month.
