We offer group classes for all ages in the afternoon and evening. All group classes meet twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. The fee for all kids and junior classes is $125 per month, including use of club equipment. |

Our beginning classes are often full with waiting lists. We have enrollment policies designed to allow current students to continue while admitting as many new beginners as possible.

We now have a workout room in the corner of the North Studio that
contains weights and a bench, a rowing machine, and a step/cardio
machine. There will be additional plyometric and other training
equipment added soon. All RCFC members are invited to get checked out
on the weights and machines and use this room as part of their training.
